Installing heavy doors can be a huge pain, especially if you have to do more than one installation at a time. Over the years, there have been some fairly primitive solutions to make the process easier, but nothing that really got the job done. Until Hardnox LLC designed the DoorJak. This particular cart and lift comes in two models, the DoorJak 50 and DoorJak 100. The DoorJak 100 is the perfect solution for heavy duty commercial door installation.

The main problems faced when installing a door are the difficulty of lifting the door slightly off the ground and keeping it square while connecting hinges. TheDoorJak 100 was specifically designed to alleviate these difficulties by giving the installer a cart and lift that is capable of holding very heavy doors at the correct height and angle to install them with ease. In order to install a door using the DoorJak 100, there are really only three steps. Set your door on the cart, Strap it down, and adjust height and angle to ensure a perfect fit on your door jam. This unit is capable of turning a 2 or 3 man job into a  one-man operation. The DoorJak 100 supports industrial, commercial, or residential doors of up to 750 lbs.
